Declarations and Bylaws
Submitted by chasland on Wed, 02/08/2012 - 11:01.At the January 31st special AP Board Meeting, Board members board worked for two hours on our lawyer's responses to final changes in the AP Declarations and Bylaws. The Declarations (a shorter document than the Bylaws) was completed, but the much longer Bylaws will need more time.
Determined to finish before the April Annual Meeting, the Board scheduled another meeting for Friday, Feb 10th at 5:15 pm in Sivers Board Room. The Board will keep scheduling meetings until they get the job done. If all goes as planned, a special presentation will be made at the Annual Meeting highlighting the changes in the new documents and beginning the process for 75 % owner approval of the Bylaws and 90% approval of the Declarations.
