• For the safety of residents in garden units, please do not hang items from balcony railings or place items on balcony ledges. Recently a hummingbird feeder crashed onto a Lincoln garden deck.
• Don’t leave valuable items in sight in your car. Portable GPS devices are particularly vulnerable to theft.
• Please obey the 5 mph speed limit in the garages & watch for walkers when backing out of your space.

   On-site staff will open entry doors and elevators for emergency crews.
